Claudia started her journey in education 8 years ago as a Math and English teacher in a high-need secondary school. She then went on to coach Fellows at Teach For Malaysia for 4 years. During this time, she built her expertise in instructional & leadership coaching, teacher & student development, as well as facilitation & design. Currently, Claudia manages and designs learning experiences at Teach For All where she continues to hone her skills in creating meaningful spaces for people to learn with and from each other.
