A learner may submit an assignment, receive feedback and then resubmit an updated version. Previously, assessor feedback was not tied to a specific post version. When a post had multiple versions, it could therefore be difficult to determine exactly which version the feedback referred to. The assessor flow clearly shows which version the feedback relates to, creating a more precise record as learner submissions evolve. The Evidence Feedback panel continues to bring feedback from different versions together, so assessors can still see the complete feedback history in one place. The **Results and Feedback export** on the Assess Learner page has also been updated to include the **version ID and version name** for each piece of feedback. Existing feedback has been migrated automatically and matched to the version that was displayed when the feedback was originally provided.   *Where To Find It:* [**Assess Learners \> Outcomes Report Assessor View**](https://help.openlearning.com/t/m1ygm9b/how-to-use-the-redesigned-assessor-workflow-for-outcomes-report) When providing feedback, the assessor flow will indicate the specific post version being assessed.   ## Why This Matters?   When learners revise and resubmit their work, feedback should remain connected to the work it was intended to address. Version-specific feedback creates a clearer assessment record and makes it easier for educators to understand how feedback relates to a learner's submission at each stage.
