Copying a class just got more powerful.
When creating a new class from an existing one, educators can now carry over exam access times and detailed class schedule information, including:
This means you can set up a master class with the right timeline once, then reuse those settings when creating subsequent cohorts.
For courses that run on similar schedules each term, manually entering dates and access settings can be time-consuming and introduce inconsistencies.
Now, educators can replicate more of their established course structure and schedule, making cohort setup faster and more reliable.

Select the properties you want to carry over when creating your new class.

Educators now have more control over the evidence included in new Outcomes Reports.
The new Add Evidence button allows you to deliberately select which posts and activities should count as evidence of learning.
Evidence can be selected from specific course activities or across the entire course, with tag-based filters available to help narrow your selection.
Nothing is automatically selected by default.
Note: This change applies to new Outcomes Reports only. Existing reports remain unchanged.
Previously, activities tagged to an assessed outcome could automatically be included as evidence, making it harder to control exactly what was presented in an outcomes report.
Now, educators can curate evidence intentionally and ensure that the activities included are the most relevant demonstration of each learning outcome.

Educators can now control how learner posts are displayed across feeds, reports and galleries using the new Posting Behaviour setting.
Choose whether learner submissions should appear as:
When using versions, educators can also choose which version is surfaced: Original, Current or On-Time.
Learners may submit multiple versions of an activity as their work develops. Previously, educators had limited control over how those submissions appeared across different parts of the platform.
Posting Behaviour makes it easier to decide how learner work should be represented, whether you're showcasing individual contributions or tracking an evolving piece of work.
For existing Outcomes Reports, the previous post settings remain available and continue to work as before.
For new Outcomes Reports, Posting Behaviour determines how evidence is surfaced.

Creating outcome-based assessment rubrics just got faster.
With the AI Outcome Rubrics Report Generator, educators can generate a complete outcome report and its rubric criteria in one workflow.
Simply select a template, configure your assessment goals, choose the learning evidence and grading scheme, then let AI generate the report.
You remain in control throughout the process. Generated reports can be reviewed, kept or discarded before anything is added to the Gradebook.
You can also create a new grading scheme preset during setup without losing your progress.
Building rubric criteria across multiple learning outcomes can involve significant repetitive work, particularly when preparing a new unit with many outcomes.
AI Outcome Rubrics helps reduce that setup effort by generating the initial structure, giving educators more time to review, refine and focus on the quality of assessment design.
